Noisekicks Birthday Party - 14/7/07

Well fruck me sideways ! What a party !

I wasn't on the original line-up due to other things going on, but got added about a month ago as the other things didn't work out and Bryan Fury had to play in Italy. So I was a surprise guest playing 2nd at 22:45.

I was pretty tired after being in Germany the night before and had a really bad headache that wouldn't go away !

Before the party I took Passenger Of Shit for a couple of beers in the hotel and he said he was pretty nervous as he was used to playing to about 40 people and only about 3 of them dancing and wasn't sure if the Dutch would like his music. I had to smile and tell him he will be in for a shock !

We got to the party about 20:00 to do a sound check and have a pizza.

I had an early set as I would be playing the slowest ! and then I could have some more beers than usual and relax and party a little bit before my early flight home.

This was a party for pure speedcore people with machine guns and helicopter sounds allnight to a very hot and full main room of 2,000 maniacs.

Passenger Of Shit was the star of the night ! 75 minutes and the maddest speedcore I've every heard. Short trax full of screaming rude words and increasing tempo's had the whole place going totally crazy ! Fantastic to watch !

Noisekick played a great special 30 minute set. Coming on stage in a big cloak with fire which was greated by deafening screams of joy for the terrorheads !

Nice to see a few English people there - the Rigamortis & Subliminal Discharge people and also met people from Slovakia !

Special greets to Rotello and his big poo pictures, Violentus, the 100's of people who wanted a photo with me, Lauri-Techno-bitchfucker for the Ibuprofen which cured my headache, Antonie for the driving, noisekick for a great party and great driving and Passenger Of Shit for set of the year !

Absolutely superb but very tiring weekend with many great people who make my job so worthwhile. RESPECT !
